Justin Guarini is an American singer who rose to fame on the television show American Idol. He was born Justin Eldrin Bell Guarini on October 28 of 1978 in Columbus, Georgia, to parents Eldrin Bell (later Atlanta's chief of police) and Kathy Pepino Guarini (a journalist for WTVM TV in Columbus, and later for CNN), and was raised by his stepfather Jerry Guarini.
